Made-to-Order Items
Because every Lightbulb Heads product is printed and produced specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing preference or change of mind. We encourage you to check our size chart carefully before ordering.
Personalized Items
For any personalized product, please double-check all names, spelling, and custom details before completing your order — once production begins, these details can't be changed. We're not able to offer refunds for personalization errors entered at checkout, so a quick double-check goes a long way!
Defects & Damage
That said, we stand behind our quality. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at brightidea@lightbulbheads.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
Wrong Item Received
If we made a mistake on our end, let us know within 30 days and we'll get it corrected at no cost to you.
