At Lightbulb Heads, every product is made just for you — which means a little bit of extra love (and time) goes into each order.

Processing Time
Because our products are made to order (not pulled off a shelf), please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships. Personalized items may take a bit longer since each one is handled individually — we'll keep you posted along the way.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS/UPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Cost
We're proud to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimums, no hidden fees.

Delays
Production and carrier delays can occasionally happen, especially around holidays. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out to us at brightidea@lightbulbheads.com and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos, if damaged), and we'll make it right.
